Short answer is no. However, if you only have a few shirts that you need, then we would suggest Direct to Garment because of the cost involved. Screen printing a few shirts could be expensive, but it can be done.
In most cases we can get the order finished within 5 business days from when the order is placed. If there is a delay, then we will let you know.
Most setup costs are built into the price of the shirt on the quote.
Depending on what design work is needed, we might add a $25 design fee to the total. If you order 50 shirts or more, then we wave the design fee.
To get the process started, please contact us for a quote. By sending you a quote, then we can insure that we know what you need done, and by when. Once the quote is approved, then we turn the quote into a work order, and we also take the deposit, and order the shirts. Also, at this time, our graphics team will work on the design and send you a final proof for approval.
Once we have the shirt in house and have your approval of how the design will look, we move on to production.
Yes, we ship orders via FEDEX or UPS
Yes, We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
The best file format are vector files, either EPS or Adobe Illustrator. We can also accept other vector formats, as long as we can open and manipulate them for printing.
If the files are bitmap (JPEG, PNG, GIF etc), then the image needs to be large enough to ensure that it will print clearly on the material, and will also need to be in a high resolution pixel format 250-300 dpi. If the image is too small or doesn’t have enough resolution, then our graphics team will need to reproduce the image and a design fee will be charged. We will contact you if this is the case and get your approval before we reproduce the image.
We have an in-house design team who are just waiting to help you. We also have marketing professionals who are able to help you with the message of the design to help insure that it has the greatest impact.
Absolutely.
If you are planning on doing that, then please give us a call. We can print on most materials, but not all. Also, depending on the quantities, there are various methods that we can use to help insure that we stay within budget.
Manufactures typically add $2.00 to shirts that are 2XL and larger, and we add extra to the total cost of the t-shirt. If there is an extra charge then we will let you know, and will have it on the quote.
This is possible. However, before we can even consider a 1 day turn around, you will need to have everything ready for printing. This means that the artwork, your shirts, and your money are ready to go. The ability to complete the job and the pricing is at our discretion. You must contact us before you submit any rush orders.
EVERYTHING. We have a strong supply chain that we work with and get the style of shirt you want. We also accept shirts supplied by our customers.
We always provide full color email proofs for approval prior to printing.
Color accuracy can be difficult if you have very strict requirements. However, we can offer Pantone mixes when requested. However, it is important to understand that PMS colors tones are based on how they are seen on a white paper base. So, the color results that occur because of the color of fabric might produce slightly different results.
Embroidery thread cannot be matched exactly to Pantone colors. However we do have large selection of colors in stock. We also have a lot of experience and are very good at matching up threads to specific colors.
